NeoGames, a world-leading provider of solutions and services for iLottery and iGaming operators, is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager with the skills, experience and passion to execute initiatives to help drive growth in key markets. In this position you will be reporting to the director of marketing and pre-sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B marketing activities for the NeoGames product portfolio; contribute to solution messaging and positioning; play a key role in market leadership activities
  • Develop strategy to position and differentiate NeoGames in the market. Articulate our value proposition through effective customer-facing messaging that shows how we best meet their challenges and needs
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into business benefits
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure that messaging is aligned with product capabilities and sales needs
  • Plan GTM launches and manage cross-functional execution of plans with Product Management and Sales
  • Sales enablement: Broadcast our message to the market by communicating the value proposition of our products to the sales team; develop tools and content that support the sales process
  • Market intelligence: Be the expert on trends, buyers and competition
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, webinars and social media
  • Manage social media channels and content marketing activity
  • Answer customer bids and tenders
  • Assist writing proposals

Manage the content of company’s website, portal and demo

 


  • At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience at a global software company (gaming industry experience, an advantage)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Solid verbal communication, writing and presentation skills in English
  • Excellent skills in producing content a variety of formats (multimedia videos, webinars, PowerPoint, white paper, etc.)
  • Able to analyze a vertical and position the product to address specific industry pain points an advantage
  • Experience in performing competitive analysis
  • Perform and manage our digital channels: email marketing, website optimization, social business outreach and marketing, analytics and metrics
  • Experience supporting webinars and other outbound and inbound marketing outreach programs an advantage
  • Results-oriented, focused, creative, highly communicative and a team player
  • Strong project management skills and a detailed, process-oriented mindset
