Ilan Rosen is Chief Executive Officer of NeoGames.
Since Ilan assumed the mantle of CEO in 2010, he has been instrumental in consolidating the company’s leadership position in the iGaming and iLottery industry. Under Ilan’s guidance, the NeoGames portfolio, global customer base and workforce have all expanded significantly.
He previously served as CFO of NeoGames and as a senior manager of several prominent public and private Internet and telecom companies.
Ilan holds a BA in Business and Accounting from the College of Management in Israel.
Raviv Adler is Chief Financial Officer of NeoGames.
Raviv joined NeoGames in 2010 as Director of Finance and has served as CFO since 2013.
Responsible for leading the finance, business planning, tax and accounting aspects of the business, he draws from more than a decade of experience in key finance positions in a range of multinational technology and IT enterprises, such as Hewlett Packard and Ernst & Young, as well as start-up companies.
Raviv holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and CPA certification issued by the Israel Ministry of Justice.
Oded Gottfried is Chief Technical Officer of NeoGames.
Oded joined NeoGames as CTO in 2008, bringing with him rich experience from his more than 25 years in the field, specializing in critical information systems, Internet technologies and databases. Most recently, Oded worked as an engineer for the Israel Defense Forces.
Oded was awarded a BS in Mathematics, Computer Science and Philosophy by Tel Aviv University.
Oren Tamir is Chief Operations Officer of NeoGames.
In charge of recruitment, labor relations, contracts, compensation and benefits, as well as consulting for NeoGames, oren brought to NeoGames more than 20 years of experience in the human resources and operational management fields, including previous experience at SanDisk.
Oren holds an MA in Psychology from New York University and a BA in Psychology from Hunter College, City University of New York.
Moti joined NeoGames eight years ago and leads global business development and customer relations.
Moti has been central to achieving the successful relationships NeoGames has with its lottery customers worldwide and to the growth they experience with their iLottery services.
Prior to joining NeoGames, Moti served in key marketing and management positions in the telecom and Internet industries for more than 12 years for companies such as Ericsson and Smile Media.
Moti holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
Rinat Belfer is Vice President of Projects at NeoGames
With over 10 years’ experience in Project Management, Rinat leads all company projects- customer communications, managing risk, budget, effort and schedule.
With vast experience in running projects in both traditional and matrix organizations, with both local and multi-site/global teams, achieving consistent project management standards across the organization.
Rinat joined Neogames in 2009, managed tens of projects, several from initiation to closing. She is conversant with all knowledge areas, project phases and processes described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and is in charge of the organizational quality management standards.
She holds a bachelor degree in Industrial management engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
Dan Telpitsky is Vice President of Technologies at NeoGames.
He joined NeoGames in 2008 as the company’s R&D director, and was promoted to his current role in 2013. Before coming to NeoGames, Dan held key positions at a variety of E-Commerce companies.
Dan holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and BA in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Joined NeoGames in 2010 as a product manager, became Director of Product in 2013 and was promoted to his current role in 2016, responsible for the NeoGames platform and its modules – such as PAM, Payments, Retention, Risk and Compliance – and for integrating the platform with lottery systems and third-party content providers.
Prior to joining NeoGames, he served as project manager and software engineer in information systems and telecom industries for companies such as Amdocs. Gabby holds a BA in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
